Do I need to register to place an order?

No, registration is not required to place an order. You can complete your purchase directly on our website. Please note that if you use a different device or browser next time, your previous order information may not be displayed. Creating an account is optional and allows you to track orders and save your information for faster checkout in the future.

How do I create an account?

Click "Create Account" at the top right corner of our website. You can register using Facebook, Google, Amazon, or your email address.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link.

Shipping & Handling

Where does my order ship from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in China and delivered to customers within the United States.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, including order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, standard shipping usually takes 6–12 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations or other external factors.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and displayed at checkout:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $42
  • $8 standard shipping fee for orders under $42

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

Sales tax may apply depending on your state's regulations. Goyeny does not charge additional customs duties for U.S. orders.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses?

Yes, we support standard shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.

Orders & Payment

Can I remove items from my cart?

Yes. If your order has not been submitted, you may remove items from your cart. Once the order is placed, items cannot be removed from that order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not been paid, you may modify it freely or place a new order. For paid orders, modification or cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours. After 24 hours, please contact our customer service at service@goyeny.shop and provide your order details.

Can I change order details after payment?

Changes to color, size, shipping address, or shipping method can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirmation. To request changes, contact service@goyeny.shop.

Do you offer customization services?

At this time, we do not offer customization services. All products are exactly as displayed and described on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal balance, bank accounts, and other methods supported by PayPal. We also directly accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Maestro credit/debit cards.

How do you protect my payment information?

All payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Goyeny does not store or have access to your full payment details. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

Why is my refund amount sometimes lower than expected?

Refunds are issued based on the actual amount paid. If a discount was applied, the refunded amount reflects the discounted payment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Registered users can also track orders under "My Account > Order History".

What should I do if my order is delayed or damaged?

If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
